Just a few months back my family and I moved back to Mesa, AZ for my employment. We were fortunate enough to buy a one of the gorgeous Mesa golf homes available in the area. Both my wife and I like to spend every spare moment on the links. She is the better golfer, but I'm determined to lower my handicap now that we have a golf course in the backyard. I tend to kid around with her about always scoring lower than I, but of course I'm very proud of her.

It has been a busy few months to say the least. With the excitement of finding a new home and starting a new career, my wife and I put our hobbies on hold for the beginning of the new chapter in our lives. Finally we are stepping out of our hibernation and have found a few events to get out and have some fun.

In addition to our addiction to golf, we both love live music and were excited to get back to visiting the Mesa Amphitheatre. We purchased tickets for the next two shows that are coming up: "An Evening with Primus" and "The Avett Brothers." It will be a great back to back showcase of some amazing music. I'm excited to see Les Claypool up on stage in his different costumes and also the crazy psychedelic hair that covers the female band member. Then you add in the crazy home-made instruments Les showcases and plays the string or strings off of! And The Avett brothers has my wife excited. I think their last concert a few years ago is why I got lucky enough to marry this wonderful woman. Their creative musical harmony is simply beautiful. Submitted to: Mesa Golf Homes
